Che Wagner is responsible at civicLab for the project "civicChallenge", a new type of competition for administrative employees and administration-related innovators from all over Switzerland. He is concerned with the development of government structures and services. He is also co-founder and executive director of "Public Beta", a democracy incubator for civil society and operator of the platform WeCollect.
