Gerald Drissner is Lecturer at BFH, a freelance journalist and author. The economics graduate and graduate of the Henri Nannen School of Journalism in Hamburg (2004/2005) was initially a reporter at Stern magazine. Drissner later spent more than ten years living and working in Arab and Islamic countries. His work has been honoured several times, including with the prestigious Axel Springer Prize.
