Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Obwegeser

How do you set up digital governance? How do you create successful digital offerings? How do you manage the relationship between digital transformation and IT? These and other questions on how to successfully transform a company are answered in the book “Hacking Digital”. It was written by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Obwegeser, head of the Institute Digital Technology Management at BFH Wirtschaft, and researchers Michael Wade, Didier Bonnet and Tomoko Yokoi from the IMD Business School in Lausanne. Now it has been awarded the bronze medal in the “Networking” category of the Axiom Awards. In their practical guide, the authors show how companies can lead their transformation initiatives to success. They draw on years of experience and insights from their work with more than 1,500 digital leaders. The result is a handbook with numerous examples and best practices from corporate practice.
